We totally get that, which is why we focus on creating tech-friendly meeting spaces for everyone. Getting tech set up in meeting rooms with glass walls isn’t exactly easy. Without solid walls, mounting screens, cameras, and mics is a real challenge alongside the obstacle of keeping exposed cables and wiring tidy and out of sight!

Our solutions take away the need to mount anything directly on the walls, so you can turn your glass rooms into fully functional meeting spaces without the fuss. Our approach to cable management keeps wiring hidden and organised so your space looks clean and clutter-free.

Need a quick meet up to start the day?

Touchdown spaces are great for quick catch-ups in the morning, impromptu team discussions, or wrapping things up at the end of the day. But they’re not always cut out for serious collaboration, like brainstorming across teams, deep-dive project planning, or screen-sharing to review documents or designs. This often leaves the more formal, well-equipped meeting rooms fully booked, making it tricky to get a space when you need it.

Dalen Designs were approached by the Bank of England to begin working on a series of meeting spaces to help meet the demands of a hybrid world. The bank’s goal was to enable staff to walk into any meeting room and be up and running with minimal effort. Some of the current set ups were varied, inconsistent which caused delays to the start of meetings.

Teams Immersive Room Deployment

The future of work is becoming more fluid, dynamic, and powered by the cloud with meeting experiences becoming more hybrid. Our client wanted to embrace the changing work environment and saught to upgrade their current Telepresence room to a solution more immersive and fit-for-purpose.
